Sausage-Sauerkraut Dinner (2-28-12)

  • 2 lbs. sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds, optional
  • 4 medium potatoes, pared and halved
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Polish sausage, cut in pieces
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine

Mix all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
