  WITH VALUES APPROACHING ONLY A FEW HUNDRED FEET CAN BE EXPECTED
  THIS EVENING. CONDITIONS SHOULD IMPROVE BEHIND A COLD FRONT
  WHICH WILL PASS THROUGH THE AREA THIS EVENING.
